Physio Wellness is a premier pelvic floor physical therapy clinic dedicated to providing exceptional, one-on-one care. About the Role
As our Clinic Coordinator, you'll be the heart of our front office and a key driver of our daily operations. You'll ensure each patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from their very first interaction with our clinic.
Your primary mission is to create a seamless patient experience while managing the operational details that allow our physical therapists to focus entirely on providing exceptional care.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of clinic operations, contribute ideas for improving systems, and grow alongside a practice that values initiative and professional development.
Schedule
Part-Time: 16–18 hours per week; with opportunities to increase hours
Hours: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
$20–$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- Manage provider schedules, coordinate appointments, and fill cancellations efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with confidence and compassion
- Educate prospective patients about our services and guide them through the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate digital records and support daily administrative operations
- Help develop and improve clinic systems and workflows
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a calm, organized, and professional clinic environment
- Work closely with clinic leadership to improve efficiency, patient experience, and overall operations

- Naturally organized and exceptionally detail-oriented
- Warm, personable, and enjoys building relationships with people
- A proactive problem solver who takes initiative without waiting to be asked
- Calm under pressure and able to confidently juggle multiple priorities
- An excellent communicator, both in writing and in person
- Excited to learn about pelvic floor physical therapy (no prior knowledge required—we'll teach you!)
- Comfortable with technology, including Google Workspace and spreadsheets
- Invested in being part of a collaborative team and contributing to something meaningful
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Healthcare or medical office experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
