Job Description:
Daz Delivery Corporation is seeking reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to residential and commercial customers using a company-provided vehicle. We operate out of the Arlington station and dispatch to Cedar Hill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, organize, and secure packages into the delivery vehicle each morning
- Follow assigned delivery routes and navigate using GPS and Groundcloud
- Deliver 100–250+ packages daily in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Inspect vehicle daily and report any issues or concerns
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Use handheld device to scan, track, and confirm deliveries
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license (clean MVR preferred)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs unassisted and 150lbs assisted
- Willing to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Prior delivery experience with FedEx Express a plus but not required
- Badged and active with FedEx a plus but not required
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
