Service Manager for Goodwood Restaurant & Brewery:
- Responsible to interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline staff
- Institute on-going training programs for making sure that the highest quality service standards are being obtained
- Maintain rapport with all departments and attend relevant meetings
- Responsible to monitor as well as take action to make sure food quality service standards are met
- Responsible to give guidance towards improvements and make necessary adjustments for consistency
- Maintain profitability to support overall operation
- Control payroll as well as equipment costs; minimizing loss misuse
- Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation
- Develop as well as implement cost saving profit enhancing measures
- Responsible to create forecast as well as revenue reports
- Write correspondence
