Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations, business workflows, and service delivery activities
- Oversee team performance, operational planning, budgets, reporting, and service standards
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal departments, and senior stakeholders
- Monitor operational risks, client feedback, service quality, and performance metrics
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, business updates, and operational recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in operations management, regional operations, business services, client services, or professional services
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with regional teams, vendors, business clients, or service delivery groups is an advantage

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
