Full-Time | Office & Field-Based
Castor Home Nursing is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor to join our growing clinical team.
This position will be based out of our Sterling office while also supporting patients, families, and field nurses throughout the surrounding service area. The role offers a combination of care coordination, clinical oversight, staff support, and field visits, providing a balance between office-based and community-based responsibilities.
A company vehicle is provided for work-related travel.
Provide clinical oversight and care coordination for assigned patients.
Complete assessments, admissions, supervisory visits, and other clinical visits as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and field nurses.
Assist with nurse orientation, education, training, and competencies.
Monitor clinical documentation and plans of care.
Provide clinical and administrative support from the Sterling office as needed.
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, clinical leadership, and other members of the care team.
Support quality, compliance, and continuity of care.
Assist with field and clinical needs throughout the assigned service area.
Perform other clinical and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Active Illinois RN license required.
Pediatric, Private Duty Nursing, Home Nursing, Home Health, care management, or other relevant nursing experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-through skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in both an office and field-based environment.
Comfortable traveling throughout the assigned service area as needed.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
