Our locally owned company, Waypoint Insurance Midwest, is growing and we are seeking a property and casualty commercial lines Client Service Representative to join our team.
Our Client Service Representative will service a portfolio of commercial clients and provide administrative support to our sales and account executive teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. Experience with commercial lines P&C insurance is preferred but not required as we will train the right candidate that has excellent client service experience.

Our Client Service Representative has access to a variety of tools, software, and education that help them succeed and grow, including working closely with the agency owner.

Key Responsibilities:
· Service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
· Review and process policy documentation, endorsements, and certificates
· Maintain up-to-date client records in our agency management system
· Address client inquiries, coverage changes, and claims assistance in a timely manner
· Assist with client onboarding and renewals
· Support the sales and account executive teams by assembling proposals, and insurance reviews
· Assist the sales team with administrative data entry and prospect research
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of client service experience (preferably commercial lines P&C insurance) – required
· Property and Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain license within 90 days) - required
· Strong computer skills – required
· Ability to learn and use multiple software applications – required
· Bachelor’s degree - preferred
