We are looking for a dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our dynamic team in Ashburn, VA. This role is crucial in providing specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities, ensuring their educational and social development within a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the specific needs of each student.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate special education students into mainstream classrooms, as appropriate.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to promote engagement, learning, and student success.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction based on ongoing observations and assessments.
- Foster a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment that supports students’ academic and social-emotional growth.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
