Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Beverage Cart Attendant at St. Denis Golf Course in Chardon, Ohio. The Beverage Cart Attendant will provide exceptional customer service to guests on the golf course by preparing, stocking, and selling beverages and snacks from a mobile cart. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cart and surrounding areas, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and ensuring compliance with all safety and beverage service regulations. Coordinating with golf course staff and engaging with guests to promote a positive experience are also key to this role. Other duties may be assigned to support the team to achieve company's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Customer Service or serving roles
- Experience with POS Systems (specifically Clover)
- Knowledge or interest in golf is a plus
- Ability to follow service standards
Requirements
- Available to work August - November
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Ability to work in outdoor settings and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintains a polished and professional appearance with appropriate attire
