First Choice Commercial Services is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to provide professional janitorial services to commercial properties throughout the Twin Cities.
We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients.
Responsibilities
Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and lobbies
Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces
Empty trash and replace liners
Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
Report maintenance concerns or supply needs
Qualifications
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Previous cleaning experience required
Must be dependable and punctual

Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial or residential cleaning practices
- Skilled in handling chemical agents safely while adhering to safety protocol guidelines
- Familiarity with custodial equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and cleaning tools
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper technique for safety
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures including basic repairs or reporting issues promptly
- Experience with sanitation standards, heavy-duty cleaning tasks, and general custodial responsibilities
