Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently hiring a Labor Hall Staffing Dispatcher for Fort Worth, TX.
Monday- Saturday 4:30 a.m.- finish
Pay: $15hr WEEKLY PAY!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify qualified, ready-to-work workers and send them out to work assignments.
- Log out gear for the job and clearly communicate job expectations.
- End of day ticket payout.
- Coordinate with van drivers to schedule job-site drop-off and pick-up.
- Clean the lobby area and bathrooms.
- Maintain inventory of supplies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be trustworthy
- Must be comfortable on computers (We will train you in our software)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes alternating evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work in a team environment in high-pressure situations. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Committed to quality, safety, and communication.
