We are seeking an experienced Tree Climber / Lift Operator to join our growing team. This role involves both aerial and ground-based work, using professional climbing and rigging techniques as well as our 90’ lift to safely trim and remove trees. When not operating in the tree or lift, you will assist the crew with ground support, cleanup, and equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform safe and efficient climbing operations to trim or remove trees when required.
- Operate our 90’ lift for elevated tree work.
- Execute proper rigging techniques for safe lowering of limbs and wood.
- Assist with ground operations, including cleanup, equipment handling, and supporting other crew members.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following company and industry safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tree climbing, rigging, lift operation, and general tree work.
- Strong knowledge of proper climbing techniques, knots, rigging methods, and chainsaw operation.
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Drug-free and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.55 - $28.36 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
