Do you have a background in car wash and/or management? DASH Car Wash is looking for an experienced car wash professional to oversee and manage a DASH site near you! We're looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven candidates with management experience to fill our Site Manager position.
Training for this position will take place on-site and at our sister locations within the East Valley. Travel to these locations will be required upon hire as needed.
Position Summary:
- Provide a world-class guest experience; every guest, every time
- Strong understanding and demonstration of all site roles
- Ownership of overall site performance and continuous growth
- Manage team and staff in operational consistency to deliver quality
- Maintain consistent training practices
- Maintain safety as a top priority

- Self-motivated and positive attitude

- Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 +Bonus Compensation
