$23-$33/hr based on experience. Most start at $23–$28; master masons earn the top of the band. Full-time, year-round, weekly pay, 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, paid training.
We install glass block windows for homeowners across Northern Ohio. Real masonry — full-perimeter mortar joints, tuckpointing on adjacent brick, clean finished work the customer is proud of. Most days you run 1–2 residential jobs out of a company box truck, mostly independent after training.
Best fit: someone with masonry, tuckpointing, brick, block, concrete, or remodeling experience. Glass block experience is a plus, not a requirement. We train.
A typical day: load your assigned box truck at the shop, drive to the job, remove the existing window with hand tools, install the pre-fabricated glass block with full-perimeter mortar joints, install dryer vent sleeves where applicable, perform tuckpointing on adjacent masonry as needed, walk the customer through the finished work, clean up, photograph, submit closeout paperwork.

- Valid driver's license
- Can lift 70+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
- Reliable, professional with homeowners
- Pride in clean joints and finished work
