Are you an experienced Home Health RN leader with a passion for regulatory compliance and clinical excellence?
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as an Interim Administrator and/or Director of Nursing (DON) for a Medicare-certified Home Health Agency undergoing organizational transition.
This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced home health professional who is confident in agency operations, Medicare Conditions of Participation, survey readiness, and quality improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clinical leadership for the agency.
Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and Texas HHSC regulations.
Oversee clinical operations, staff supervision, and quality assurance.
Review policies, procedures, personnel records, and clinical documentation.
Lead survey readiness and regulatory compliance activities.
Support QAPI, infection prevention, and performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with ownership and consultants to strengthen agency operations and prepare for future growth.
Qualifications
Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Previous experience as a Home Health Administrator, Director of Nursing, Clinical Manager, or Supervising Nurse.
Thorough knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation and Texas licensing requirements.
Experience with home health surveys, accreditation, or regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to start immediately is preferred.
Position Details
