Are you a Physical Therapist who enjoys variety, building relationships, and making a direct impact on people’s health and safety? On-Site Solutions Physical Therapy (OSSPT) is looking for an experienced PT to support two established workplace programs in Maple Grove and Arden Hills.
This is a great opportunity for a PT looking for flexibility, meaningful work, and room to grow while using your orthopedic expertise in a unique setting.

What You’ll Do
- Provide onsite injury prevention and early intervention services
- Lead stretching, mobility, and body mechanics programs
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and workplace observations
- Educate employees on safe movement and injury prevention
- Build relationships with employees and client teams
What You Bring
- Active Minnesota PT license
- 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience required
- Orthopedic experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Independent, adaptable, and proactive
