- Drive strategic program management initiatives across multiple projects within the organization
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of program goals with business objectives
- Manage benefits realization to maximize value delivery from program investments
- Oversee pursuit and proposal management activities to support business growth and opportunity capture
- Develop comprehensive project plans ensuring resource allocation timelines and budgets are well defined and adhered to
- Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises proactively to minimize impact on program outcomes
- Lead cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of program objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the program management function
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all program related stakeholder communications and escalations
- Define and implement program governance frameworks and methodologies
- Monitor program performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership
- Facilitate decision making processes to resolve complex issues and drive program success
- Guide pursuit and proposal teams to develop compelling and competitive business proposals
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and develop program management staff to build a high performing team
- Lead crisis management efforts ensuring timely and effective resolution of critical issues

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
