The Role
This is a ground-floor opportunity to learn the exterior cleaning and lighting business from the ground up. As an Entry-Level Field Technician, you'll work alongside and support our Senior Technicians — learning every part of our process, helping perform the work, and building the skills to advance. You'll also play a key role in growing our business through on-site upsells and door-to-door sales in the neighborhoods we work in. What You'll Do
- Assist and support the Senior Technician in performing exterior cleaning and lighting work
- Learn and understand every part of the Toranzo Property Pros process — house washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and lighting installation
- Follow the direction of and take guidance from your Senior Technician on every job
- Help load, unload, and maintain equipment before and after each job
- Engage in door-to-door sales and "clover-leafing" — canvassing the neighborhoods around each job to generate new business (required)
- Upsell additional services and units to customers on site
- Hit weekly sales benchmark goals that earn bonuses for both you and your Senior Technician
- Deliver friendly, professional service and represent the company well on every property
- Show up ready to learn, improve, and put in the work every day

- Coachable, hungry, and eager to learn a trade and a sales skillset
- Confident and personable — comfortable talking to customers and knocking on doors
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work outdoors, on ladders, and lift and carry equipment
- Motivated by hitting goals and earning commissions and bonuses
- No experience required — we'll train the right person
