We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Jewelry Sales Associate to join our retail team. We are looking for a part-time sales associate who is responsible, reliable, and able to commit consistently

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces, offering product demos, and upselling when appropriate
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring the store looks inviting
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about jewelry features and benefits
- Manage inventory levels by stocking new merchandise and organizing existing stock
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Must be able to work independently manage opening and closing procedure
- Must be comfortable working in a mall jewelry kiosk environment
- Must be able to work for opening and closing.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry industry, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic math skills for retail math calculations, POS transactions, and cash handling
- Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Bilingual language skills are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail operations is preferred
- Friendly demeanor with a professional appearance and attitude
