Position Title: Sales Associate
Summary: Performs sales and customer service tasks by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Performs sales and cashiering.
- Provides customer service and support while upholding company ideals.
- Maintains and upkeeps storefront and back storage as needed.
Duties:
- Welcoming customers into the store
- Staying knowledgeable about our range of lash and beauty products
- Explaining to customers the best products for their needs
- Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
- Explaining the benefits and functions of products, and how to use them to achieve the best results
- Checking customers out using a register
- Promoting special sales and offers
About the Company:
Elan Beaute & Supplies was established in January 2020 with a priority goal of becoming a business that caters to all the needs of artists within the lashing community! Another goal we aimed to strive for was to provide a safe and welcoming space for all creatives who have been, are currently, or will soon be joining the extremely competitive and concentrated industry of beauty and lashing. Even though this company was started in the midst of the pandemic, we were able to watch it blossom and thrive into the company it is now. Elan owes its success to its ability to understand connect with their client base as well as adjust accordingly to demands and critiques.
