Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy office environment. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, scheduling, verifying insurance benefits, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Oversee calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all administrative records.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate equipment maintenance, and oversee general office upkeep to create an efficient workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions with clients and staff.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and manage basic financial records.
- Ability to contact and follow up on insurances and claimsSupport administrative projects such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating special events or meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and calendar management.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or basic accounting practices.

- Social media posts or assisting with content several times a month. This is minimal such as filming a video.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
