Overview:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) supports the mission of People's Community Clinic (PCC) by coordinating the flow of patients through the front office in a manner that reflects superior customer service and ensures timely patient care. PSRs work collaboratively with all internal and external customers in compliance with each of the PCC core values.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.25 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Experience:

Two years of experience working in a physician’s office or healthcare facility

Experience with medical billing and/or collections preferred
Certificate/License: None
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to interact successfully with people from a variety of backgrounds and abilities

Basic computer literacy, including working with databases

Working knowledge of electronic medical records and practice management systems

Ability to multi-task in a high change environment
