Compensation:
$58,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Manager on Duty: Represents hotel leadership and handles all escalations.

Staff Supervision: Manages front desk agents and night audit staff.

Night Audit: Oversees processing of end-of-day financial reports.

Guest Services: Handles late check-ins and urgent guest complaints.

Risk Management: Monitors hotel security, fire systems, and emergencies.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Assists housekeeping and maintenance with overnight requests.
Qualifications:-
Previous hotel Front Desk Operations and supervisory experience in a hotel environment is required, with a minimum of two years.

The ability to provide excellent customer service and make decisions without a lot of supervision is required. The ability to lead and direct the work of others is required.

The perfect candidate must have the ability to perform under pressure with professionalism.

The ability to respond to emergency situations and provide leadership in such situations.

Available to work overnight hours.
