The ideal candidate would be able to perform light maintenance. Would prefer experience with drywall, painting, changing light bulbs, stucco repairs, etc.
The candidate must have a truck, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
Work orders would be given the evening before or the morning of.
Flexibility and communication are key.
