Biosolids Technician (CDL Driver)

Inframark is looking for a Biosolids Technician to join our team in Warner Robins, Georgia. In this hands-on role, you'll transport and land-apply biosolids using specialized equipment, helping support sustainable wastewater treatment operations throughout the region.

What You'll Do
As a Biosolids Technician, you will play a critical role in the transportation and beneficial reuse of biosolids by:
- Safely operating CDL vehicles to transport biosolids from treatment facilities to designated land application sites.
- Operating spreading equipment to apply biosolids in accordance with environmental regulations and established procedures.
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment.
- Performing routine equipment maintenance and reporting mechanical issues.
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment as needed.
- Maintaining accurate operational logs and documentation.
- Supporting field operations and responding to operational needs as required.
- Following all safety policies, environmental regulations, and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, dump trucks, tanker trucks, or similar vehicles.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in biosolids management, wastewater operations, agriculture, land application, or related field work.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience operating spreading or hauling equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to climb onto equipment and work in outdoor environments.
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Ability to sit and operate vehicles and equipment for extended periods.
Work Environment
- Primarily outdoor work environment.
- Regular operation of commercial vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Exposure to agricultural fields, wastewater treatment facilities, and varying weather conditions.
