Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive preventive dental hygiene services and periodontal therapy.
- Complete detailed periodontal evaluations, including periodontal charting, bleeding points, recession, mobility, furcation involvement, and risk assessments.
- Update medical histories, record vital signs, and identify changes in patients' overall health.
- Evaluate existing restorations and identify areas of concern, including decay and open contacts.
- Capture and utilize intraoral photographs to educate patients about their oral health.
- Perform prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and other periodontal procedures as clinically indicated.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and the connection between oral health and overall wellness.
- Help patients understand recommended treatment and motivate them to achieve healthier outcomes.
- Communicate findings effectively with the doctor and clinical team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Schedule continuing care appointments and reinforce the importance of ongoing preventive care.
- Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation and patient records.
What We're Looking For
- Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current AED certification required.
- Strong clinical knowledge of preventive and periodontal care.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Passion for helping patients improve their oral health.
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and continuously improve processes.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
