Matt Mangold State Farm is seeking an experienced Multiline Representative who combines strong insurance sales experience with leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, driving production, and helping build a high-performing agency.
We're looking for someone who can motivate a team, grow customer relationships, and contribute directly to agency production while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. If you're passionate about sales we'd love to meet you.
Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
This position is contingent upon successfully obtaining the required state insurance licenses.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required
- Candidates are not required to be licensed before their start date
- You will begin agency training while working toward your licensing requirements
- We provide comprehensive licensing support, study resources, coaching, and guidance throughout the entire licensing process
- Candidates are expected to obtain both required licenses within the timeframe established by the agency
What You'll Do
- Lead by example through personal insurance sales production and customer relationship management
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen customer protection across multiple product lines
- Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and financial service products
- Help manage daily agency operations and support office performance goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Support marketing initiatives, community outreach, and referral generation
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations

- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
