Our Farmers Insurance District Office is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, supporting agency operations, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to agency growth and retention.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and service needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Support agents in identifying opportunities to better protect clients through additional coverage options including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products
- Help drive retention through proactive client outreach and relationship building
- Work closely with agents and producers to create a seamless and positive client experience
- Become a trusted resource for both clients and agency teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn systems, processes, and workflows efficiently
- Minimum Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Prior insurance experience preferred but not required
