East West Staffing Inc is looking for a Electrical and Mechanical engineers. This professional will be providing technical expertise for designing and maintaining electric power distribution systems.
Requirements of the Engineer
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks.
- Utilize AutoCAD and MicroStation for creating detailed schematics and design layouts.
- Conduct system design and analysis, applying electrical engineering principles to develop innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and optimize designs for efficiency.
- Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for spatial analysis and project planning.
- Engage in systems engineering practices to ensure integrated solutions across various engineering disciplines.

Qualifications of the Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
- AutoCAD, MicroStation, MATLAB, CAD, and GIS software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering concepts and mechanical systems is preferred.
- Experience in the utility industry is desired.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
