We are a premier dental specialty group looking for a persuasive, relationship-driven Sales / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you won't be cold calling—you will be connecting with patients, building immediate rapport, presenting treatment plans, and closing high-value surgical cases to help patients get the care they need.
If you know how to build trust, overcome objections, and close deals, we will teach you everything else!
What You Will Do (Day-to-Day Duties):
- Close Treatment Plans: Present treatment options and financial plans to patients, overcoming objections to drive high case acceptance.
- Build Relationships: Connect with patients empathetically to help them understand the value of their care and feel confident saying "Yes."
- Follow-Up & Pipeline Management: Manage consultation follow-ups to make sure prospective treatment plans convert into scheduled procedures.
- Front Office Support: Assist with patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and basic administrative workflow as needed.

- Proven track record in sales (Car sales, retail sales, customer service, or phone sales background welcomed!).
- Strong closing ability with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Outgoing, high-energy personality that instantly builds trust with people.
