Our team is collaborative, client-focused, and committed to making every client's onboarding experience exceptional. As we expand, we're looking for a motivated Applications Processor to join our operations team and help keep our client intake process running smoothly.
Position Summary
The Applications Processor is a key member of our operations team, responsible for managing financial applications from submission through completion. You'll serve as a critical link between clients, advisors, and carriers — ensuring every new client is onboarded professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process annuity and life insurance applications accurately and on time
- Track application status and manage open cases through to completion
- Contact clients to collect outstanding documentation, signatures, and information required for onboarding
- Coordinate with advisors and support staff to ensure a smooth and professional client experience
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the firm's CRM system
- Proactively identify and resolve application delays or discrepancies
- Communicate with insurance carriers, custodians, and third parties as needed
- Support compliance documentation requirements for new accounts and applications
Qualifications
- Experience processing financial applications in an insurance, brokerage, RIA, or related financial services environment
- Familiarity with annuity and/or life insurance products and application workflows
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Wealthbox, Redtail, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial planning platforms such as RightCapital or eMoney
- Familiarity with Fidelity or Schwab custodial platforms
- Active Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
