This is an office heavily focused on high production, we are fast paced, competitive and supportive.
You own your book of business, you are independent, you get paid directly from carriers. This is not a salary role, this is for someone who wants their paycheck directly connected to how hard they work.
There are several 7 figure producers in this office you can sit next to and see exactly how they work. Out of ~200 people in our office, 20+ are consistently making $10k every week and the rest of the office is not far behind competing for a spot on that leaderboard.
We will help you get licensed, we will help you get contracted, we have a book camp as well as a 90 day sales trainer. We have all the tools you need to be successful.
This takes hard work and determination to get through your first 60 days. If you have the the ability to see the big picture, this job can change your life.
