What you’ll do
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a hygienic work environment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients.
- Support banquet and catering events by ensuring timely availability of clean dishes and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Participate in regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors when items are low.
Basic qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
