Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Housekeeper to maintain a clean and welcoming first impression for our guests. At Magnum Management, we treat our guests like family, preparing our homes for each stay with enthusiasm and care. Join our team and contribute to making vacation dreams a reality. Our Housekeepers, Maintenance and Management staff make it all happen. Ideal candidates are hard-working, detail-oriented, consistent, team players who take pride in their contributions and excel in a fast-paced work environment. Vacation rental cleaning experience a plus but we will also train. Basic maintenance skills a plus. Good communication skills, flexible work schedule (including weekends and holidays), attention-to-detail, willingness to learn/improve, and strong work ethic a must. Job duties consist of cleaning homes per our “Always Guest Ready” cleaning checklist. Additional responsibilities may include small maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and general property upkeep such as touch up painting.
Occasional interactions with rental guests require a friendly demeanor.
Essential Cleaning Functions
- Preparing our beautiful homes for guest stays
- Restock guest supplies
- General cleaning of house
- Make beds and change out linens/towels
- Interacts / Communicates with Guests as needed
- Take photos of property damage and report to supervisor
- Create work tickets for maintenance items
- Additional deep cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Occasional after-hours response to guest needs
Essential Maintenance Functions
- Basic upkeep tasks like changing batteries in remotes and changing light bulbs.
- Occasionally work with maintenance staff on items like touch up painting.

Requirements
- Pass background check and drug screening

- Perform physical labor ongoing basis. Navigate stairs/step ladder. Lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Work Environment
- Primary work location is in the Waldport / Newport, Oregon area. Employee should be located in Lincoln County, Oregon.
- Larger luxury homes and smaller cottages.
Benefits / Holiday Pay
- Benefits: holidays paid at time-and-a-half. Additional benefits per company schedule if position becomes full-time permanent.
