A busy condominium property management company is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of the daily operations of a condominium community. The Community Manager will be responsible for scheduling maintenance and repairs, enforcing the rules and regulations for several different communities, coordinating with maintenance staff, setting timetables for routine inspections, and preparing reports for the upper management team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and have at least one year of community/property management experience, but willing to train the proper person.
