Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and online inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address preliminary questions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure quality leads are booked.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company's brand and values.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong phone presence and clear communication skills.
- Personable, energetic, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with performance targets.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
