Table Top Catering is seeking a talented, organized, and passionate Executive Chef to lead and grow our expanding Corporate Dining Division.
This is not a traditional restaurant position.
This chef will have complete ownership of our daily Monday–Friday corporate meal program, serving hundreds of fresh meals each day for one of Central Florida's premier corporate clients.
The ideal candidate is equal parts chef, manager, planner, and leader. They thrive in systems, love creating menus, obsess over quality, and understand that consistency is just as important as creativity.
This individual will have the opportunity to build something exceptional from the ground up while working with one of Orlando's fastest-growing catering companies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of diverse menus tailored to corporate client needs, emphasizing quality and presentation.
Qualifications
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, or restaurant management.
- Proven supervising experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in dietary department procedures, and food production processes.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Skilled in menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, and hospitality service delivery.
- Experience with food industry regulations related to health codes and safety practices.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team management, training, and motivation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
