We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Representative to support live marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives throughout the Charlotte area.
This is an entry-level position that provides paid training and hands-on experience in customer outreach, brand representation, and campaign support. If you enjoy working with people, communicating face-to-face, and developing professional skills in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Communicate product and service information to potential customers
- Assist with customer acquisition and sales activities
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Track daily campaign activity and report results to management
- Collaborate with team members to meet campaign objectives
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC
- Reliable transportation
- Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is helpful but not required
Paid training is provided, so previous experience is not necessary.
