Position: Production Assembler
Location: Point of Rocks, MD
Shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm; Monday - Thursday
Pay: $17.00/hour plus a monthly production bonus that has been anywhere from $50.00 to $100.00 a week. (This is paid out at the end of each month)
Currently, there is overtime.
Job Overview for the Production Assembler position:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling new and customized products while ensuring quality and efficiency. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment.
Duties
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues during the assembly process.
Requirements and Qualificiations:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing facility and/or in the skilled trades field.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to assembly tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and abilities.
- Must be able to pass a drug test, including THC.
