Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong communication skills and efficiency in basic CRM systems to track and document activities.
- Perform tasks on ladders and average pitched roofs, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain vehicles and equipment properly.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions effectively.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks like end of day clean up of trucks and proper storage of equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal departments and external clients, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in using very basic CRM to track maintenance activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Active Driver's License
- Solid mechanical knowledge to diagnose and address equipment malfunctions promptly and effectively.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds above shoulder height
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, facilitating clear communication with team members and clients.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and satisfaction.
