The Assistant Branch Manager will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Providing support to the Branch Manager and filling in when necessary.
- Ensuring the office is running smoothly, is profitable, and is meeting our company goal to the best of our ability.
- Reviewing parts orders and returns daily.
- Ensuring invoicing and quotes are uploaded to customer portals as needed.
- Managing, updating, and growing supplier/subcontractor relationships.
- Assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the location.
- Assisting in hiring.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of training.
- Managing the warehouse.
- Performing work orders as needed.
- Ordering materials.
- Negotiating prices for work orders with manager approval.
- Model company culture/culture of honor.
