We're seeking a strategic, operations-focused Financial Analysis Manager to help drive financial performance across a rapidly evolving healthcare organization while leading a team of analysts and partnering with leaders across the business.
What You'll Do
In this remote leadership role, you'll lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis that support key operational and strategic decisions. You'll work closely with finance and operational leaders to identify trends, solve complex business challenges, develop scalable processes, and deliver meaningful insights that drive performance.
You'll also lead and develop a team of analysts while helping enhance reporting capabilities and financial decision-making across TeamHealth's largest division.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and projection activities.

Manage quarterly Net APC reviews and present financial recommendations to leadership.

Oversee incentive compensation administration, including data validation, calculations, reporting, and payout processes.

Analyze financial results and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial reporting and data.

Develop and enhance reporting tools and analytical capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial analysts while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Prioritize team deliverables and drive process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.
