We are currently seeking Truck and Trailer Mechanic/Technician for all shifts.
1st Shift: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - Midnight
3rd Shift: Midnight - 8:00 am
Compensation will be determined on skill sets. See below
- Brakes / to include proper replacement, adjustment, diagnostics of the brake air system
- Radiator, alternator, turbo, erg coolant, sensors ,starters, injectors
- Engine diagnostic's and use of diagnostic soft ware tech .TECH TOOL
- DPF systems / Repair and replace
- Fifth wheel / repair, rebuild and replacement
- Transmission work / U-joints , drive shaft, clutch, clutch adjustment and axle shafts.
- Heavy engine work / cylinder head , main gaskets replacements etc.
- Suspension system /spring repair, bushings , air bags and air bag systems
- Hvac / air-conditioning, diagnostics and repair
Examples of Job Responsibilities
- Will be involved in all aspects of heavy repairs on Class 8 C.M.V. all the way from P.M.'s dot inspections to rebuilds / engines Detroit 60 12.7 // VOLVO D13
Required:
- Must have 5 years of verifiable experience
- Must own your own tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and parts regularly
- Must be comfortable with working in awkward positions or cramped spaces
- Driver's License (Required)
Preferred:
- Technical certification or degree (compensated for having )
- State/ASE Certification (Preferred compensated for having)
- CDL License (Preferred compensated for having)
- Experience working with diagnostic computers tech tool etc.
