Schedule: This is a full-time opportunity with a schedule that rotates. 4 days each week at 10 hours each.
Service Department Hours: Monday-Friday 7 am to 7 pm. Saturday 7am to 5pm. Closed on Sunday.
This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Service Manager.
Michael's Subaru of Bellevue is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, customer-focused team member to join our Service Department as a Service Greeter / Porter. This unique hybrid position combines customer service and vehicle coordination responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a fun automotive environment.

What You'll Do
-
Safely move customer vehicles throughout the dealership property.

Assist with vehicle staging, parking, and retrieval.

Support Service Advisors and Technicians by maintaining efficient vehicle and customer flow.

Perform vehicle inspections and document any visible damage.

Help keep the service drive, parking lots, and work areas organized.

Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and ready at delivery.

Assist with dealership shuttles, errands, and other departmental needs as assigned.

Create a positive first impression and ensure every customer feels valued.

Verify customer information and assist with service drive traffic flow.

Answer basic customer questions and provide assistance as needed.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area.
What You'll Bring
-
1+ year of previous dealership, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is ideal, but not required.

Comfort in operating several cars, light trucks, and vans, with an ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions

Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed.

Comfortable to work on your feet and be active throughout the day.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Total Rewards
The earning range for this position is $18-$21 hourly.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
