Role Overview
We’re seeking a licensed Master Esthetician with a passion for people and delivering high-end experiences to join our dynamic team. No direct treatment experience required, but preferred. We will train the right candidate: one who is poised, knowledgable, confident and kind.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced facial treatments including Hydrafacial, chemical peels, Clear + Brilliant, Thermage (training on devices provided)
- Perform thorough consultations and skin analyses
- Deliver a polished, luxury-level client experience from start to finish
- Recommend skincare regimens and promote retail products
- Maintain treatment room readiness and strict adherence to safety/compliance standards
- Support clinic flow with professionalism and reliability
- Generate social media content to promote products and services
Qualifications
- Virginia Master Esthetician License in good standing
- Track record of professionalism, punctuality, and client satisfaction
- Confidence in sales and product recommendations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury medspa environment
- Self-starter motivated to generate new clients
