Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Sewing Specialist / Industrial Sewer to join our team. This role available for part time and full time. You will be responsible for sewing and assembling leather products with precision and consistency.
This is a hands-on position best suited for someone who values quality, efficiency, and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Sew leather components using industrial sewing machines
- Assemble products according to established patterns and specifications
- Maintain consistent stitch quality and attention to detail
- Inspect finished items to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with workflow to meet production goals
- Maintain and care for sewing equipment and workspace
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to follow patterns and production processes
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Willingness to grow into a full-time role
