What You’ll Do

Drive sales through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing deals

Coach and support the team to meet performance goals

Assist with customer accounts, agreements, and post-sale follow-up

Support Store Manager in daily operations and store performance

Maintain showroom standards, inventory accuracy, and customer experience

Step in to lead the store when needed
Leadership

Supervise and support a small team (1–3 employees)

Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability

Help train team members on sales and customer experience
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

1+ year leadership or supervisory experience preferred
-
Strong background in sales or retail
-
Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
-
Strong communication and coaching skills
-
Results-driven, organized, and reliable
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed
