As our Southeast Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing revenue, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business Growth

Identify, prospect, and develop new customer opportunities.

Manage and Grow Existing Accounts

Maintain regular contact through site visits, calls, and virtual meetings.

Collaborate Across the Organization

Partner with Technical Service, R&D, Customer Service, and Operations teams.

Coordinate customer trials, product launches, and problem-solving initiatives.

Share market intelligence and competitive insights.
Manage Your Territory Like a Business

Analyze sales data, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline information.

Develop and execute plans to exceed revenue and profitability goals.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of industrial coatings sales experience.

Proven success developing new business and growing existing accounts.

Strong territory management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
