Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Greenwood, Indiana. The BCBA will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to support individuals with developmental disabilities and ASD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles.
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
- Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust intervention strategies as needed to achieve treatment goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to promote understanding and collaboration.
- Stay current on best practices, research findings, and industry trends in ABA and related fields.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment techniques, and intervention strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to supervise and mentor staff.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
