Full-Time Server / Future Assistant Manager Opportunity
La Reyna Seafood Bar & Crabs & Laughs Comedy Club is looking for a motivated, energetic, and dependable team member to join our growing team with the opportunity to transition into an Assistant Manager role.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
-18+
- Previous serving/waitress experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Leadership potential and ability to work independently
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to pick up additional shifts when needed
- Comfortable handling customer concerns and supporting team operations
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $25 per shift + tips
- Growth opportunity into an Assistant Manager position
- Salary compensation available upon transition into management
We are looking for someone who is flexible and available during busy seasons, holidays, special events, and comedy show nights. A great personality, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow with the company are a must.
