Mind Health Group is expanding into Florida, and we're looking for a compassionate, patient-centered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join us as one of our founding providers.

Our providers focus on caring for patients while our administrative team handles scheduling, technology, and operational support.
You'll provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients through our secure telehealth platform. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, follow-up visits, and individualized treatment planning.
You'll work independently while collaborating with experienced psychiatrists who provide consultation, mentorship, and clinical support as needed.
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Provide medication management and follow-up care
Develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care
Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Support positive patient outcomes through high-quality clinical care

Required
Active Florida PMHNP license or PA-C in good standing
Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain before start date)
Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Preferred
One or more years of psychiatric experience
Telehealth experience
Additional state licenses are a plus
New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
